At InstaGopher, we understand that plans can change. We strive to provide a flexible cancellation and refund policy to accommodate your needs while ensuring fairness to all our customers. Please read this policy carefully.
Order Cancellation.
You have the option to cancel your order under the following conditions:
- If you wish to cancel an order, please do so at least two weeks before your scheduled delivery date.
- Cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled delivery date will be assessed a cancellation fee which will be deducted from your refund.
- Cancellation requests made within a week of the scheduled delivery date will not be refundable.
Refunds
We aim to provide prompt and fair refunds in the following situations:
- If we are unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund for the affected items.
- If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will choose a suitable replacement as close as possible to the original item. If you are not satisfied with the replacement, please notify us, and we will arrange to have a driver pick up the item and a refund for the cost of that particular item will be issued.
- If you cancel your order within the specified time frame, you will receive a refund for the full amount paid, minus any applicable cancellation fee.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the order.
- Refunds can take up to 5 - 10 business days to be refunded through the original payment method used for the order.
